The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and friendly, and I could not have asked for more. The room was beautiful and spotless. It had a lovely view and was very modern. I would happily come back any time.

A beautiful hotel. The concierge is amazing The front desk staff are super helpful. Housekeeping staff are fantastic. A beautiful & clean hotel with super comfortable beds & well appointed. My only suggestion is, your pool area cleanliness is not up to standard. We were there for most of the day on Thursday from 3 pm - 7pm, towels were all over the floors, after guests had left . The poolside tables were left with food scraps from at least 2 or 3 orders. The staff were not overly busy & it took repeated requests for them to clean the tables so we could actually put our food on it. The 2 days we stayed at the darling, unfortunately the outdoor spa was not fully functional, we purposely booked accommodation at the darling for the specific reason of having a quieter spa to relax in. We hope you get it fixed soon. Overall, it was a beautiful stay.

I stayed here as I had my work Xmas party on a cruise at Wharf 9. Great location to stay at. I was blown away with how beautiful this hotel is! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay an absolutely wonderful experience. Yvette checked me in and set the scene for outstanding customer service. My room was stunning. The pool and spa also beautiful. If you want a rock star stay, then come here!

Great service, well maintained and modern rooms. We prefer the pool from the other hotel at the Star rather than the darling pool which you are allowed to use as well. And one of the best chicken wings ordered as room service. Loved our stay here and will be coming back.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Darling. The hotel is conveniently located next to lots of restaurants and public transportation. The staff here is friendly and very attentive. We felt well taken care of during our stay and will recommend to anyone visiting Sydney.

Stayed in the Stellar suite and it was spectacular. Floor to ceiling windows gave an amazing view especially at night. Nothing is a problem for the staff who are always attentive and professional. Was so good I have booked a further 3 night stay.
